This waterfront balcony deck was built to replace an existing rotten deck that had reached the end of its life. Because the property is exposed to saltwater conditions, the focus was on using strong, durable materials that would hold up well over time.

The project included a hardwood frame and Spotted Gum decking, both selected for their strength and finish. Although it was a smaller project, it required a high level of care and detail, including the careful removal and reinstallation of the existing glass balustrade.

The client was extremely happy with the final result and has continued to engage us for ongoing deck upkeep and oiling.
